STORE OF VALUE – No. 01 explores the relationship between material value and digital value. A Bitcoin symbol rendered in warm metallic gold becomes the focal point of a restrained white composition, surrounded by splashes, drips and raw painterly marks.

The work brings two ideas of scarcity together: the physical permanence of genuine gold leaf and the digital scarcity represented by Bitcoin. The result is a contemporary reflection on trust, money, technology and what society chooses to call valuable.
